History

1978
Rainer Ludwig started the company in Denkingen (Germany). The first products for tool monitoring appear in the machine and automotive industries.

1981
Core skills, market inquisitiveness, and a vision started the second product line: power stages for step motors.

1983
Middex-Electronic GmbH emerges from the sole proprietor ship and the new business is moved to  Spaichingen.

1988
Innovation, close customer contacts, and solid growth secure the lead in the market. The company moves to its new and current location in Balgheim.

2004
A new successful product line in the Middex catalog: customer specific controllers for brush-less DC motors and servo motors.
