Tool Monitoring

Our tool monitoring systems checks tools in production machines by probe contact.
Tool scanning moves the probe from the home position in the selected direction.
On tool contact an "OK" signal output is generated at the controller. The probe immediately moves back to the home position.
If the tool is broken the probe will not encounter an obstacle at the recorded position. The controller generates immediately a "NotOK" output.
